Senior Adult Ministry: JOY Group

Our Senior Adult Ministry is called the JOY Group – Just Older Youth. We enjoy doing many things together such as trips to Lancaster to see the shows at Sight and Sound. We usually leave on a Monday and come home on Wednesday, which gives us time to go shopping if we want to. We also enjoy going to the Arboretum to see the flowers and trees, especially the Christmas display which runs all throughout the grounds. We also have a Christmas luncheon each December. We sing some Christmas hymns, have a devotional, enjoy good food, and we have had speakers as well. We just love to get together and catch up on what is new in our little group.
