The Hostess Ministry organizes times of fellowship and refreshment for our church body.

We have a great team who works hard to plan these gatherings and provide the labor involved in preparing and facilitating them, from decorating to food purchasing and cooking to clean up, as well as, overseeing our kitchen facilities. We are grateful that so many in the body come alongside to assist in many capacities.

Our Hostess Team is Kathy Baker, Janet Bruno, Mary Daggett, Martin King, Norma Marcantonio and Lynn Sickinger, along with Barbara & Derek Benedict who oversee our Fellowship Time on Sunday mornings.

Fellowship Meals and Events at Leptondale Bible Church

Among our events are almost-monthly fellowship dinners, including ministries kick-off potluck, chili cook-off, international meals, an Easter breakfast, and our annual Memorial Day picnic. Hostess provides support for the food side of outreach events and other ministries, as needed. We also organize funeral meals and coordinate with those having showers and weddings at LBC.

Our weekly Sunday Fellowship Time runs between Sunday School and Worship Service from 10:30 to 10:55am. We join together for coffee and light refreshments and a chance to connect. This also provides opportunity to recognize graduations or special anniversaries.
