Staff Bio

Although we are an "elder run" church, our full time pastoral staff is part of the elder board. We consider our staff as those who are called to "full time" ministry and set aside by our congregation to devote themselves to the equipping of the saints to do the work of the ministry for the advancement of Christ's kingdom in the hearts of His people.

Senior Pastor - Steve Betcher

Pastor Steve was called to the position of Senior Pastor on April 26, 2009.  After an eighteen month search for a pastor, Pastor Steve was found... right there among us!

We welcome Pastor Steve and Corenna, and look forward to many years of growth and the challenges that inevitably come with that growth and change.

 Doug Marcantonio

Administrative Assistant; Doug is the organizational glue that keeps the ministry at Leptondale running.

Jim Moore

Finances; Jim keeps the numbers straight, chastizes us when we make purchases without our tax exempt form, and always greets everyone with a huge smile.

Jacob Hoetzler

Custodial Engineer; Jake keeps things in good repair and cleaned up.

Becky Saxe

Director of Music Ministries; If it is musical, you can almost guarantee that Becky is involved.
