Junior Church: J-Crew

The mission of the Children's Ministries and J-Crew (Jesus Crew) at Leptondale Bible Church is to work with parents, through evangelism and discipleship, to win each child to Jesus Christ and train him/her in Christian living so that he /she can be a lifelong follower of Jesus.  Kindergarteners through 3rd graders are invited to attend a worship time geared for kids that runs concurrently with our worship service for older youth and adults in the main auditorium upstairs.

J-Crew kids (Children ages 5 through 8) begin our worship service time seated with their families at 10:45am in the upstairs auditorium.  At about 11:10am J-Crew kids are called to the front and prayed for by one of our church elders or pastor and led downstairs to a classroom in the vicinity of our gymnasium.  Their remaining worship time is divided into three 15-20 minute long sessions that include: a bible craft lesson, a snack with bible reading lesson, and a recreational activity that stresses the bible lesson of the day.

If you are wondering what they are learning, stick around and enjoy the lessons or take our weekly handout that gives useful additional lessons for the whole week! This program is coordinated with our Sunday School curriculum to provide a consistent theme each Sunday morning.
